A new French foreign exchange student named Pierre may be the vetikills best chance at the state title this year. Every day he has been practicing will vertikill players at lunch on the hot tennis courts, just outside of the cafeteria. Most of the vertikill players are sophomores but are giving great new tips to this naturally talented ultimate player. His forearm is nearly perfect but his back hand could use some work. Pierre says that he is very interested in playing on the team and has been recently added to the LASA ultimate group on Facebook . For more about the group go to the group page on facebook. He continues to show promise for the team, I have seen him practicing every day during lunch. Today will be his first practice with the team and the captains are looking forward to meeting him as well as seeing him show off his talent. I myself am very eager to see him play but unfortunately I won’t be able to see him play until the tournament on October 22nd. If Pierre can help the vertikills at the October tournament, then the team will be highly place for the state tournament.

Very interesting post, but i think that you might have misspelled "vertikills" on the first line. Also, i thought that you could have also gone in depth about this article and maybe explain some of the things that you talk about, such as the vertikills. Also, you logo seems to be cut out on your blog O.O it looks kinda weird.
ReplyDeleteThis post has the proximity element that we have been talking about. I like how you have a picture of them playing the sport. It makes you seem more knowledgeable because you were actually there watching them playing. You have a first hand account.

ReplyDeleteI thought this was a really good post, but that you might want to explain what vertikills is. You can tell by looking at the picture, but other than that people might not know. Also your logo is cut off on the blog... But I thought all in all this was a good post.
